He is very energetic and outrageous fun with his soul dance tunes, wearing hot pink shorts in 1972 was stylish; and such the greatest thing that he got an entire stadium full of people to do the "Funky Chicken" in the middle of 1972.
after watching this video i'm so amazed to see how the hip hop from back in the days was and how it was only one color of people after watching this whole video the only people that i have seen where black people but in fews years hip hop has come so far that now its global what i liked about this video is how everyone was into the action and they did as they were told by the preformer it was a great reminder of the old days and what was Hip.. mohamed hassan
This video kind of reminds me of the stories about the parties Kool Herc used to hold - except in an extremely larger venue. I like how this video gives us history about the funky chicken. It shows us how funk, soul, and hip hop all intertwined.
